When the matter was taken up for consideration, Mr. V. Om Prakash, learned Government Advocate, fairly submitted that the order passed in T.N.S.C. No. 1 of 2016, dated 17.12.2021, by the appellate authority under the Tamil Nadu Shops and Establishments Act, 1947, will be implemented by the third respondent within a period of four weeks from today.
