Thereafter, no proper investigation has been conducted and so far not filed the final report. Hence, he has filed this petition.3. The Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondent police would submit that already they completed the investigation and filed the final report before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.VI, Trichy in S.T.C.No. 2917 of 2024. Therefore, nothing survives for further adjudication in this case.4.
