The learned counsel for the petitioner, on instructions, would submit that the petitioner is willing to submit a fresh online application to the 2nd respondent herein seeking for transfer of patta in his name for the property morefully described in the prayer to this writ petition.
Accordingly, the petitioner is directed to submit a fresh online application to the 2nd respondent seeking for transfer of patta in the name of the petitioner for the property morefully described in the prayer to this writ petition, with supporting documents, within a period of two (2) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
