In some of the cases, except for the title documents, no patta is available. Under such circumstances, online application has been submitted by the respective petitioners seeking for issuance of patta/sub division patta/transfer of patta.4.Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and without going into the merits of this case, there shall be a direction to the 8/13 https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis W.P.Nos.44165, 44196, 44198, 44241, 44319 & 44380 of 2025concerned Tahsildar to deal with the online application on its own merits and in accordance with law after affording opportunity to all interested parties and pass final orders, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.5.This order will apply only to those cases where online application has been made seeking for issuance of patta/sub division of patta/transfer of patta. Even representation can be considered wherever such direction has been issued by the Collector to the Tahsildar when such application have been submitted to the concerned District Collector during the Public Grievance Day.6.The above order will not apply in cases where civil suits are pending between the parties and in such cases, it is left open to the Tahsildar to intimate the parties to workout the remedy before the Civil Court and depending upon the result of the case, to approach the Revenue Department seeking for issuance of patta/sub division patta/transfer of patta.9/13 https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis W.P.Nos.44165, 44196, 44198, 44241, 44319 & 44380 of 20257.
