192.Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side.3.Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and the materials placed before this Court, wherever the appeals/revisions have been filed before the appropriate authority, the appropriate authority shall deal with the same on its own merits and in accordance with law after affording an opportunity to all parties concerned and final orders shall be passed, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.4.Wherever the appeals/revisions have not been filed before the appropriate authority under the Tamil Nadu Patta Pass Book Act, 1983, it is left open to the petitioners to file a fresh appeal/representation/revision before the concerned authority and on receipt of the same, the concerned RDO/DRO shall conduct an enquiry after affording an opportunity to all the interested parties concerned and final orders shall be passed, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of the fresh appeal/representation/revision from the respective petitioners. https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis
