It is seen from the adjudication sheet produced in the typed set of 1/3 https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis CRP.No.5151 of 2025papers that the pleadings were completed with the counter of the respondent in O.P.No.3417 of 2019 was filed as early as 17-09-2021 and the original petition is pending at the stage of enquiry from 08-10-2021 onwards without any much progress. Even after the expiry of three years, the enquiry is still in the stage of cross-examination of PW-1.

Taking into consideration the said fact, the Court below is directed to dispose of the original petition as expeditiously as possible.
