The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is a registered contractor with the respondents and intended to participate in the e-tender and submission of tender closes by 11.00 hours on 14.10.2025, for which he had to produce Work Site Inspection and Plant & Machineries Certificates. He further submitted that the respondents refused to receive the petitioner's application for issuance of the aforesaid certificates. Hence, the present Writ Petition.4. The learned Additional Advocate General fairly submits that the petitioner will be issued separate certificates on or before 10.10.2025.5/8 https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis W.P.No.38090 of 20255. Recording the submission made by the learned Additional Advocate General, the present Writ Petition stands disposed of. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are also closed.
