The learned Senior Counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner participated in E-Tender Notifications issued by the first respondent, for which, the petitioner has to file necessary application for issuance of Work Site Inspection Certificate and working condition of the plants and machineries Certificate and therefore, the petitioner has made applications before the respondents for issuance of the above Certificates, however, no order was passed. Hence, these Writ Petitions have been filed. 7. The learned Additional Advocate General appearing for the respondents would submit that the last date for submitting the application is 09.10.2025 and prior to that, all the aforesaid Certificates will be issued to the petitioner on or before 09.10.2025._________Page 7 of 9 https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis W.P.No.38039 of 2025 etc.,8. Recording the submission made by the learned Additional Advocate General appearing for the respondents, these Writ Petitions are disposed of directing the respondents to issue the aforesaid Certificates to the petitioner on or before 09.10.2025.
