W.P.No.38074 of 2025 has been filed to forbear the first respondent from opening the tender documents in respect of tender notice No.40/2025-2026/HDO dated 10.09.2025 of the first respondent herein in respect of the work of Widening, Strengthening and Culvert Works to the Government roads in Gingee (H) C&M Sub Division Jurisdiction (VPM-110) in Villupuram Division without issuing the certificates to the petitioner and receiving the bids of the petitioner._________Page 7 of 10 https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis W.P.No.38030 of 2025 etc., 7. The learned Senior Counsel appearing for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners participated in E-Tender Notifications issued by the first respondent, for which, the petitioners have to file necessary application for issuance of Work Site Inspection Certificate and working condition of the plants and machineries Certificate and therefore, the petitioners have made applications before the respondents for issuance of the above Certificates, however, no order was passed. Hence, these Writ Petitions have been filed. 8. The learned Additional Advocate General appearing for the respondents would submit that the last date for submitting the application is 09.10.2025 and prior to that, all the aforesaid Certificates will be issued to the petitioners on or before 09.10.2025._________Page 8 of 10 https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis W.P.No.38030 of 2025 etc., 9. Recording the submission made by the learned Additional Advocate General appearing for the respondents, these Writ Petitions are disposed of directing the respondents to issue the aforesaid Certificates to the petitioners on or before 09.10.2025.
