The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner was working as a contract employee in the Chengalpattu Government Medical college and Hospital. The 5th Respondent had misbehaved with the petitioner. Hence, the petitioner has given a complaint based on which, a case in Crime No.14 of 2025 on the file of the AWPS, Chengalpattu has been registered for the https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis WP Crl. No. 1354 of 2025alleged offence under section 75(1)(ii), 75(1)(iv) and 79 of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita (BNS), 2023.3. As a counter blast, the 6th respondent has given a complaint against the petitioner and three other persons, based on which a case in Cr.No.484 of 2025 for the alleged offence under Section 296(b), 61(2), 351(3) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023, 4 of TN Prohibition of Harassment of Women Act, 2002 and Section 4A(1a) of TN Open Places (Prevention of disfigurement) Act, 1959 has been registered. 4. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the Deputy Superintendent of Police, Chengalpattu who is interfering in the investigation, has been attempting to cause hardship to the petitioner and thereby the present petition has been filed seeking for a direction to investigate the case in Cr.No.14 of 2025 under the supervision of a women IPS Officer. 5. The learned Government Advocate would submit that though petitioner https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis WP Crl. No. 1354 of 2025makes allegation against the Deputy Superintendent of Police, Chengalpattu, he has not been added as a party. The petitioner was said to have worked in the Chengalpattu Government Medical College and Hospital. She along with the one Shankar Babu have received bribe from the patients. Based on enquiry she was not allowed to continue to work in the said Hospital. Subsequently, the petitioner has given a complaint of harassment at workplace in respect of which Internal Complaints Committee was formed in the hospital as per the POSH Act and the Committee has found that the allegation made by the petitioner are false and the complaint has been closed. 6. Further he would submit that subsequently the petitioner along with Shankar Babu and two others made posters defaming the Respondents 5 and 6 and the petitioner has also approached the Women's Commission and the Women's Commission has recommended for a fair and transparent enquiry. Based on the complaint given by 6th Respondent, a case in Cr.No.484 of 2025 has been registered against the petitioner and 4 others.
