According to them, without submitting any reply, the petitioners have filed this writ petition seeking for a Mandamus to direct the 2nd respondent to measure and allot the land in favour of the petitioners as prayed for in this writ petition. Since the learned counsel for the petitioners is not aware of the full facts and is addressing this Court through video conferencing without full facts and since this writ petition is of the year 2024, this Court is inclined to dismiss this writ petition for non-prosecution, after recording the fact that even on the last hearing, i.e., on 16.12.2025, there was no representation on the side of the petitioners.5. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is dismissed for non-prosecution. No costs.
