This Case in Cr.No.522 of 2016 is registered for alleged offences under Sections 294(b), 323, 506(2) of Indian Penal Code. It is reported that there is a counter case in C.C.No.58 of 2018 and in both these cases, the parties have moved on and have no objection to the case being disposed of on compromise. Due to the unique manner in which this dedicated bench conducts hybrid hearings, the filing of written affidavits or terms of compromise is dispensed with. Considering the factual matrix, the context in which the conflict arose, the background of the parties, and their present position, this is an appropriate case for the exercise of jurisdiction under Page No.1 of 2 https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis Suo Motu TR.No.12642 of 2025D.BHARATHA CHAKRAVARTHY, J.Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure as per Gian Singh -vs- State of Punjab & another, (2012 10 SCC 303).
