The learned Additional Government Pleader (Pondy) appearing for the respondents submitted that aggrieved by the order passed by this Court, they preferred a Writ Appeal in W.A.No.3045 of 2025, and the Hon’ble Division Bench of this Court by an order dated 25.10.2025 granted an interim order of stay on condition that the respondents shall deposit 50% of the compensation to the credit of the Page 3 of 7 https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis Cont.P.No.3604 of 2024 Writ Appeal account before this Registry, within a period of four weeks.
