The mother case went into trial and is also over and the records itself is stated to be not available. Whether the mother case ended in conviction or acquittal is also not known. Even the the Police also do not have any record. As far as the other accused is concerned, the case is pending for execution of the warrant. The case was split up in the year 2018 and is now pending as CC.No.35 of 2008. Absolutely, the existence of the accused is not traceable. Even if the warrant is executed and the accused is brought to books, no useful purpose will be served in keeping the matter pending.
