Her complaint dated 25.09.2023 in this regard was registered by the respondent police in Crime No.580/2023 under the caption "Man Missing". In the background, the present Habeas Corpus Petition is filed. 2. Today, when the matter was called, the second respondent police had secured the petitioner's son and produced him before us.
