According to the submissions made by learned counsels on both sides, the terms of settlement filed by the parties, dated 09.09.2025 is extracted as paragraph No.3(a) of the order dated 24.09.2025 in Crl.R.C.No.114 of 2024, for better understanding." 3(a). The settlement agreement dated 09.09.2025 is extracted as follows:1) Disputes and differences had arisen between the Parties hereto and Crl.R.C.No.114 of 2024 was filed on 19/10.2023 before Hon'ble High of Madras and respondent filed O.S.No. 775 of 1999 and AS No.76 of 2018 before 2nd Addl. District Court, Erode.2). The matter was referred to mediation/conciliation vide an order dated 08.07.2025 passed by Hon'ble Justice. G.K.llanthiraiyan.3). The parties agreed that Dukka Kanaka Lakshmi & T.Pushpavathi would act as their Mediator/Conciliator.4). The parties hereto confirm and declare that they have voluntarily and of their own free will arrived at this Settlement Agreement in the presence of the Mediator/Conciliator.(6) The following settlement has been arrived at between the parties hereto:Settlement arrived for 15,50,000/-a. D.D.No.077384 dated 20/08/2025 Rs.5,00,000/-drawn at City Union Bank in favour of Mr. V.M.Periyasamy given on 22/08/2025b. D.D.No.805855 dated 2/9/2025 Rs 2,15,000/-drawn at Bank of M Baroda infavour of V.M.Periyasamy.c. D.D.No.077404 dated 2/9/2025 Rs.8.33,000/-drawn at City M Union Bank in favour of Mr. V.M.Periyasamy.d. Re.2,000 balance by Cash.7). By singing this Agreement the parties hereto state that they have no further claims or demands against each other with respect to Crl.R.C.No.114/2024 against the Judgement in C.A.No.44 of 2001on the file of the 1 Addl. District Court, Erode which is filed by the petitioner herein against the O.S.No.775 of 1999 filed by the respondent herein for recovery of money using the subject matter cheque in Crl.R.C.No.114/2024 and all disputes and differences in this regard have been amicably settled by the parties hereto through the process of conciliation/Mediation.8). The parties agree that no future claims will be made against each other in respect of the subject matter cheque in Crl.R.C. 114 of 2024 on the file of this Hon'ble Court and A.S.76 of 2018 on the file of the 2nd Addl. District Court, Erode.9). The above said Mr.V.M.Periyasamy has no objection to withdraw the amount deposited by Mr.V.P.Venkatachalam in Crl.R.C.No.114 of 2024 was filed on 19/10.2023 before Hon'ble High of Madras, C.A.No.44 of 2001 before the 1st Addl. District Court, Erode and in O.S.No.775 of 1999 and A.S.No.76 of 2018 before 2nd Addl. District Court, Erode respectively and Mr.V.M.Periyasamy has to co-operate with Mr.V.P.Venkatachalam in withdrawing the amount deposited by him in the respective courts.”3. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel on both sides submit that the parties have settled the dispute before the Mediation and to that effect, the parties have entered into a Settlement Agreement dated 09.09.2025 duly signed by the parties and their respective counsel. Hence, the learned counsel on either side submit that the Criminal Revision Case may be disposed of in terms of the Settlement Agreement dated 09.09.2025.3. The said Settlement Agreement, dated 09.09.2025 filed by the parties is taken on record. This Criminal Revision Case is disposed of in terms of the Settlement Agreement, dated 09.09.2025 entered between the parties. The Settlement Agreement, dated 09.09.2025 shall form part and parcel of this order. 4.
