The grievance of the petitioner is that the property belonging to the Waqf has been transferred in contravention of the Waqf Act. The petitioner submitted a representation in this regard and since no action was taken, the present writ petition has been filed before this Court.2/4 https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis Writ Petition No.31900 of 20254. Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and considering the materials placed before this Court, there shall be a direction to the respondents to deal with the representation made by the petitioner on 08.08.2023 on its own merits and in accordance with law after issuing notice to the interested parties, within a period of twelve (12) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
