Sathish, Standing Counsel For R2COMMON ORDERThis writ petitions have been filed for directing the respondents to pay and settle the terminal benefits in full after the retirement, and failing to pay interest for the belated payment of gratuity, earned leave salary and provident fund.2. The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners have sent a representation on 09.10.2023, 09.10.2023, 19.05.2025 and 13.10.2023 respectively claiming difference in pension, EL surrender, and other terminal benefits. The further contention of the petitioners is that such representations are pending since 2023. 3. At this juncture, the learned standing counsel appearing on behalf of the respondents that they will consider the petitioners' representation according https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis WP No. 27873 of 2025to its merits.4. Without going into the merits of the case, this Court deems it appropriate to direct the respondents to consider the petitioners' representation dated 09.10.2023, 09.10.2023, 19.05.2025 and 13.10.2023 and pass orders on its own merits and in accordance with law within a period of six (06) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.5. With the above directions, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
