O R D E RThese writ petitions have been filed seeking issuance of a writ of mandamus directing the respondent to deal with the representations made by the petitioners on 05.02.2025 and 17.12.2024 respectively wherein the petitioners are seeking for execution of lease agreement in their favour in line with the Wakf Properties Lease Rules, 2014.

Heard Mr.Y.Kaja Navas, learned counsel for petitioners and Mr.S.Haja Mohideen Gisthi, learned Senior Standing Counsel appearing for respondent.

On carefully going through the records placed before this Court, it is seen that there is absolutely no acknowledgement for having given the representations to the Wakf Board.
