The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent Police submitted that the petitioner has been regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court.
Considering the said submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.12520 of 2026 dated 14.05.2026 is relaxed and the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police as and when required for investigation.
