Operative part
Assuming that the said miscellaneous petition seeking amendment of prayer is numbered, no purpose would be served, since as against the order passed under Section 6 of the Act, there is efficacious appeal remedy available for the petitioner before the District Collector under Section 10 of the Act.4Hence this Court is not inclined to grant any relief as sought for by the petitioner and accordingly the Writ Petition shall stand dismissed.
