The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that during the pendency of the present Writ Petition, the respondents claim to have transferred the petitioner again to Panchayat Union Primary School, Jothipatti School in the year 2025 as per the copy of the proceedings dated 21.01.2026 furnished to him.2/5 https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis W.P.No.25985 of 20213. The learned counsel for the petitioner thus submits that since the respondents by the copy of the proceedings dated 21.01.2026 claim that the petitioner having been transferred back to Panchayat Union Primary School, Jothipatti School, the grievance of the petitioner stands redressed and no further orders are necessary.4. The learned Government Advocate appearing on behalf of the respondents has placed before this Court, the copy of the proceedings of the District Educational Officer (Primary Education), Harur on 21.01.2026 for perusal of the Court.5.
The copy of the aforesaid proceeding is taken on record. Since, the respondents by the aforesaid proceedings claim that the petitioner having been transferred back to Panchayat Union Primary School, Jothipatti School in the year 2025, this Court is of the view that there is no necessity to proceed further with the writ petition.3/5 https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis W.P.No.25985 of 20216.
