E RMr.M.Murali Vinoth, learned Standing Counsel takes notice on behalf of the respondent. By consent, the writ petitions are taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.2.The writ petitions have been filed seeking issuance of issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondent to pay the petitioners the amount payable towards the encashment of earned leave surrendered by them together with interest.3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners would submit that the petitioners have sent representation claiming earned leave surrender salary and such representation is pending with the respondent. It is the further submission of the learned counsel that the respondent has also agreed for the entitlement of the petitioners for earned leave salary vide RTI reply.4.At this juncture, the learned Standing Counsel would submit 5/7 https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis W.P.Nos.26559, 26562, 26565, 26570, 26582, 26584 and 26585 of 2025that the respondent would pay the eligible amount to the petitioners in accordance with their service register. 5.Considering the submission made by the learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondent, this Court deems it appropriate to direct the respondent to pay the eligible amount to the petitioners, in accordance with the service register of the petitioners, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.6.The writ petitions are disposed of.
