The Hon’ble Supreme Court, while granting an interim order dated 13.03.2026, directed the respondents to pay the undisputed compensation amount as per the Award and further the contempt proceedings also got stayed. 3Today, when the matter is called for hearing the learned Additional Advocate General submitted that as ordered by the Hon’ble Supreme Court, the amount has been tendered and received by the petitioner. 4In view of the above circumstances, this Contempt Petition shall stand closed.
