The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case and he has not committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution. He further submitted that the petitioner is in custody since 13.07.2025 and he is ready to abide by any stringent conditions that may be imposed by this Court. Hence, he prays to grant bail to the petitioner.4. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) strongly opposed the bail application on the ground that this Court on 16.04.2026 has dismissed the earlier bail application after considering all the contentions put forth by the learned counsel for the petitioner. He further submitted that there are no changes in the circumstances. Hence, he opposed the grant of bail to the petitioner.5.

I have given my anxious consideration to either side submissions and perused the materials available on record.6. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case; taking note of the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side); it is seen https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis CRL OP No. 13331 of 2026__________Page3 of 4that this is a case of commercial quantity and the bail application of this petitioner was earlier dismissed on 16.04.2026 and the petitioner could not submit any ground deviating from the earlier finding, thus this Court is of the view that there is no change in circumstances, hence, this Court is not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail.7.
