The learned counsel further submitted that the respondents are trying to arrange for funds in order to settle the dues to the applicants. 2. The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the applicants submitted that already the trigger notice has been issued under Section 21 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act and the original petitions have been filed under Section 11 for appointment of Arbitrator(s) and they are yet to be numbered. The learned counsel further submitted that some time is required to file counter affidavit(s) in the applications filed by the respondents to condone the delay in filing the applications to set aside the order setting ex parte the respondents. 3. In view of the above, post all these applications on 12.11.2025. In the meantime, the original petitions filed under Section 11 for appointment of Arbitrator(s) shall be numbered and brought up for hearing.
