THE HON`BLE MR.JUSTICE P.SATHASIVAM CONTEMPT PETITION NO.93 of 2006 U.Sekar ..Petitioner vs. S.Chandramohan The District Collector Chennai District Chennai 600 001. ..Respondent PRAYER : Petition under Section 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971 to issue contempt proceedings against the respondent for wilful disobedience of the order of this Court passed in W.P.No.15560 of 2005 dated 3.5.2005 and punish the respondent in accordance with law. For respondent : Mrs. D.Geetha, AGP ORDER Learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondent informs this Court that the District Collector, Chennai, has complied with the order of this Court dated 03.05.2005. It is also brought to my notice that the representation of the petitioner has been disposed of.
