O R D E R Mr.R.Thirugnanam, the learned Special Government Pleader, takes notice for the respondents.
The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner had submitted that it would suffice, if the first respondent is directed to dispose of the appeal filed by the petitioner, dated 3.12.2010,relating to the lease of property at 10, Muthur Village inS.F.No.19/1A, with regard to quarrying license, dated 9.2.2009, on merits and in accordance with law, within a specified period.
The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing on behalf of the respondents, has no objection for such an order being passed by this Court.
In view of the submissions made by the learned counsels appearing on either side, the first respondent is directed to dispose of the appeal, dated 3.12.2010, on merits and in accordance with law, if it is in order, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The petitioner is directed to furnish a copy of the appeal, dated 3.12.2010, to the first https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ respondent, along with a copy of this order. However, it is made clear that this Court, by this order, has not expressed any opinion on the merits of the matter.
