The petitioner had earlier approached this Court and filed W.P.No.4869 of 2025. The grievance of the petitioner association is that, with respect to the block of villas, it is only the petitioner association which is the Apartment Owner?s Association, having majority of the owners. The second respondent is the association only in respect of the Phase I. However, the second respondent association is also interfering in respect of the petitioner association Villas. Therefore, the petitioner has made a representation requesting that the first respondent conduct an enquiry under Section 25 of the Tamilnadu Apartment Ownership Act, 2022.3. In view of the limited prayer that is made and keeping the contentions of all parties open to be taken before the first respondent, the first respondent is directed to issue notice to both the petitioner and the private respondents on the representation dated 27.11.2024 and to conduct an enquiry in accordance with law. The first respondent is directed to decide the matter within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of website uploaded copy of this order without waiting for the certified copy of the order.”3. When the writ petition came up for hearing on 04.06.2025, this Court, after hearing the learned counsel for petitioner, directed the learned Government Advocate to take instructions on the compliance of the earlier order passed by this Court in W.P.No.4869 of 2025 dated 14.02.2025 and directed the matter to be listed for hearing today. 5. When the case has been taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate produced the copy of the proceedings of the District Registrar, Chengalpattu dated 20.06.2025. Section 4. A careful reading of the above order would show that the petitioner-Association has now been permitted to function as an independent Association and it has been directed to submit the relevant application for registration before the competent authority under the Tamil Nadu Apartment Ownership Act. Thus the petitioner need not continue with their struggle with the second and third respondents Associations and they can function independently. 7. In the light of the above order, it is left open to the petitioner to take necessary steps and file application before the District Registrar.
