It is submitted by the learned counsel for petitioner that the aforesaid writ petition was disposed of vide order dated 02.06.2025. It is further submitted that they had inadvertently made an error in respect of name of village and Taluk in the affidavit filed in support of the writ petition and would request that the same may be corrected as "Avinashi Village, Avinashi Taluk" instead of Kasigoundenpudur, Velayudampalayam Village, Avinashi Taluk in the prayer, cause title and order dated 02.06.2025. To which the learned counsel for respondents did not seriously object.3. Heard both sides.4. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that respondent No.2 in respect of Survey No.324/23, to an extent of 2 Acre 88 Cents situated at Avinashi Village, Avinashi Taluk, issued joint patta in Patta Nos.1825, 1826, 1726 and 687 in Survey Nos.324/19, 324/20, 324/10 and 324/9 respectively. Therefore, the petitioner filed a representation on 18.11.2024 seeking correction of patta before respondent No.1. However, the said representation has not been considered so far by respondent No.1. At the outset, it was submitted by the learned Additional Government Pleader for respondents that they would consider and pass orders on the petitioner's representation dated 18.11.2024, within a time frame fixed by this Court, which was agreed to by the learned counsel for petitioner.5. In view of the same, taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and the limited relief sought for in this Writ Petition, there shall be a direction to the 1st respondent, to consider the representation dated 18.11.2024 on its own merits and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law, after affording reasonable opportunity of hearing to the petitioner and any other interested persons/stake holders, including adjacent land owners, within a period of eight (8) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. It is made clear that this Court has not expressed any views with regard to the merits of the representation and it is open to the concerned respondent to consider the representation on its own merits and in accordance with law.6.
