The learned counsel for the applicants submits that all documents sought to be received are original certified copies, including Document Nos.12, 13 and 16. The original document Nos.12, 13 and 16 were shown to this Court and the learned counsel undertakes to produce the originals at the time of trial. The learned counsel for the respondents submits that, as stated in the counter affidavit, the documents are fabricated and not genuine.

As regards the authenticity, relevance and proof of the said documents, they are matters to be decided during the course of trial.

Therefore, this Court is of the view that the documents can be received subject to proof, admissibility and relevancy.
