The Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that the final report had already been filed. To ascertain the same, a report from the IX Metropolitan Magistrate, Saidapet, Chennai, was called. From the report dated 14.06.2014, this Court finds that the final report in Crime No.21 of 2023 was filed on 29.05.2024 and the same has been taken on file in PRC No.26 of 2024 and the case is posted to 02.07.2024 for service of summons to the accused. -2- https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis Crl.O.P.No.10816 of 20243.
