In such circumstances, the petitioner-society, which failed to raise any dispute under Section 90 of the Tamil Nadu Co-operative Societies Act, 1983, is not entitled to challenge the order passed by the Tribunal setting aside the award. Therefore, these Civil Revision Petitions are dismissed, however, with liberty to the petitioner-society to raise a dispute under Section 90 of the Tamil Nadu Co-operative Societies Act, 1983, if so advised. In the first page of the said order, the case number has been wrongly mentioned as C.R.P.No.1792 of 2022, whereas the correct case number is C.R.P.No.1789 of 2022 and the same is requires to be substituted accordingly.4. It was further pointed out that in the cause title of C.R.P.No.1793 of 2022, the name and address of the second respondent have been wrongly shown.
