O R D E RThis petition has been filed to quash the FIR in crime No.428 of 2023 registered by the first respondent police for offences under Section 174 (3) of Cr.P.C. subsequently altered into 306 of IPC, as against the petitioner.
The learned Government Advocate(crl.side) appearing for the first respondent police submitted that after completing the investigation in crime No.428 of 2023 on the file of the first respondent police, final report has been filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate-II, Maduranthagam on 15.10.2024 and the same is yet to be taken on file.
