SUB APPL No. 507 of 2025 AND CONT P DR No. 52573 of 20252024, has made it clear that Registry should not insist on filing of certified copies of orders when downloads from the official website i.e., web copies or in other words, hard copies of the downloads from the website are filed. In the case on hand, we find that hard copy of the said order, which is a download from the official website, has been filed. 4. Ms.Vijayakumari Natarajan, learned counsel for applicant / petitioner submits that the Registry insisted on filing of a dispense with petition i.e, captioned sub-application in spite of being made aware of the obtaining position.5. We express no opinion one way or the other on this as there is no written objection from the Registry in this regard. As would be evident from sub paragraph (xvi) of Paragraph 3 of our order dated 01.08.2024 in C.M.P.No.14960 of 2024 in C.M.A.SR.No.86395 of 2024 ad sub paragraph (iii) of paragraph 6 of our earlier order dated 18.02.2025 made in Sub Application (OS) Nos.1253 and 1254 of 2024 in Cont.P DR Nos.157645 and 157646 of 2024, it was earlier held that whenever order from the website of Madras High Court is produced, computation of limitation will be from the date of the order. These two orders were written on 01.08.2024 and 18.02.2025 when the date and time of uploading was also not being uploaded as part of the order (though a record of same was being maintained separately). Now that the date and time of uploading of the order is also being uploaded along with the order as would be evident from the said order, limitation will start running from the date of uploading of the order in the official website.
