Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the M.R.Gokul Krishnan, learned Additional Government Pleader for respondent No.1 and Mr.S.Venkatesh for M/s.Ajmal Associates for respondent Nos.2 to 5.
In similar circumstances, Writ Petitions filed by similarly placed employees seeking pensionary benefits were allowed and the said order was confirmed by the Division Bench of this Court in W.A.Nos.645 and 686 of 2025, dated 25.03.2025. Since the issues raised in the present Writ Petitions are squarely covered by the directions issued by the Division Bench of this Court, __________Page 3 of 6 https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis WP No. 12671 of 2026the respondents shall comply with the directions issued in W.A.Nos.645 and 686 of 2025, dated 25.03.2025, on or before 15.06.2026 and report compliance before this Court on 19.06.2026.
