When the petition is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate appearing for the 1st respondent submitted that already amount the amount was paid and the same was received by the petitioner, for which there is no objection on the side of the learned counsel for the petitioner and the same has been fairly accepted by the petitioner. 4. Since the prayer in this Writ Petition has already been complied with, nothing survives for further adjudication and hence the present Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
