However, he seeks liberty for the petitioners to revive these writ petitions in case the respondents fail to comply with their board of resolution dated 09.12.2025.3.As per the aforesaid board of resolution dated 09.12.2025, the respondents have agreed to release 33.11 acres of land out of the total extent of 66.52 acres of land, which was earlier the subject matter of the land acquisition. The Board of resolution dated 09.12.2025 passed by the respondents (SIPCOT) is placed on record by the learned counsel for the petitioners. https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis WP No. 15748 of 2025__________Page11 of 134.As seen from the same, the respondents (SIPCOT) have agreed to grant exemption in respect of 33.11 acres of land from acquisition of the total extent of 66.52 acres of land, which was earlier acquired by the respondents (SIPCOT) As a condition, the respondents (SIPCOT) in their resolution dated 09.12.2025 had made it clear that all the writ petitions will have to be withdrawn unconditionally by the petitioners.5.In terms of the resolution dated 09.12.2025 passed by the respondents (SIPCOT), the petitioners have decided to withdraw these writ petitions. Accordingly, these writ petitions are dismissed as withdrawn. Liberty is granted to revive the prayer sought for in these writ petitions in case the resolution dated 09.12.2025 passed by the respondents (SIPCOT) is not adhered to by them.
