It is not in dispute that the main writ petition viz.,W.P.No.38644 of 2002 itself has been disposed of by the Division Bench ofthis Court on 18.12.2006. In view of the same, the present writ appealfiled against the interim order passed in WPMP No.57704 of 2002 inW.P.No.38644 of 2002 cannot be sustained.
