He seeks a positive direction to the respondent to issue a legal heir certificate arraying him as a legal heir of his brother late. Gunasekaran S/o late Ramachandran. 2.However, since the prayer of the petitioner in the representation dated 14.12.2023 is also to similar effect, it would be appropriate to simply direct the sole respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner and pass orders thereupon, after hearing him, in accordance with law.3.To be noted that the request of the petitioner to be arrayed as a legal heir of his brother late Gunasekaran is premised on the fact that Mrs. Usha, who is wife of his brother late Gunasekaran has also passed away on 17.09.2023.
