Mr.P.Harish, learned Government Advocate, appearing for the respondents would submit that pursuant to the direction issued by this Court in the main Writ Petition, the representation of the petitioner has been considered by the second respondent / Sub-Registrar in his proceedings in Na.Ka.No.40 of 2026 dated 13.04.2026.
A copy of the order has been produced before this Court and the copy of the same has also been handed over to the learned counsel for the petitioner. Since the representation of the petitioner has already been considered by the second respondent, no further orders are necessary in this modification Petition.
