According to the petitioner, he has given a representation dated 12.02.2024 to the second respondent, seeking for issuance of Patta in his favour. Since the second respondent has not considered the same so far, the present writ petition has been filed.

Heard both sides and perused the materials available on record.
It is seen from the records that the petitioner has not made the application through online seeking to issue Patta in respect of the subject property and he has also not paid the requisite fees for the same. Since the petitioner has not followed the prevailing practice as on date in the State, this Court is not inclined to entertain this writ petition.

The writ petition is dismissed, accordingly. However, the petitioner is at liberty to work out his remedy in the manner known to law.
