Heard the learned counsels appearing on either side. With the consent of both sides, the Writ Petitions are taken up for hearing today at the admission stage itself. Since no adverse order is passed against the second respondent, notice to the second respondent is dispensed with.
The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners were appointed on 10.06.2013 and 06.06.2016 respectively in the second respondent’s school and the school has sent the proposal for approval of their https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis WP No. 7763 of 2026__________Page4 of 5appointments. He further submitted that the petitioners have also sent representations to the first respondent for approval of their appointment on 01.12.2025 and 28.11.2025 respectively, however there was no response and hence, the present Writ Petitions.

In view of the limited prayer sought for by the petitioners in these Writ Petitions, there shall be a direction to the first respondent to consider the petitioners’ representation dated 01.12.2025 & 28.11.2025 respectively and to pass appropriate orders in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.5. With the above direction, the Writ Petitions are disposed of.
