Heard Mr.M.Kempraj, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.P.Harish, learned Government Advocate for Respondents 1 and 2.
The grievance expressed by the petitioner is that the decree that was presented for registration before the 2nd respondent is not accepted and registered, inspite of on-line application made by the petitioner for which the token was also generated on 10.02.2025.
Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and the materials placed before this Court, there shall be a direction to the 2nd respondent to register the certified copy of the decree dated 04.03.2021 passed https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis WP No. 7424 of 2025in OS No.7107 of 2019 on the file of the XVI Assistant City Civil Court, Chennai, forthwith.
