It is the case of the petitioner company that it was formed in the year 1966 to start the work of Village Industries and to provide employment to the rural artisans and it is directly aided Institution of the Khadi and Village Industries Commission and also Khadi Board, State of Tamil Nadu. The Khadi Certificate was also issued and renewed regularly. The State of Tamil Nadu disburses the financial assistance to the petitioner firm through Khadi Board under Market Development Assistance. Since there is amount pending for release from the Khadi Board, the petitioner made a representation dated 22.01.2026. Since there was no response, the petitioner is before this Court.
Heard the learned counsel on either side and perused the materials available on record.
