The learned Standing counsel appearing on behalf of the TANGEDCO submitted that the petitioner has to submit a formal application to the 1st respondent and that the same will be considered on its own merits and in accordance with law. https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis WP No. 6337 of 20253.In view of the above, there shall be a direction to the petitioner to submit an application before the 1st respondent seeking for service connection along with all the relevant documents and the 1st respondent shall take a decision and convey the same to the petitioner within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of fresh application from the petitioner.
