The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that on both sides of the road comprised in S.Nos.1753, 1755, 1756, 1757 and 1758 of Angalakurichi road, the encroachment exists.3. The learned Government Advocate, on instructions, submits that the survey is conducted on 27.12.2023 to find out encroachment on either side of the road. Form-I is already issued to the 5th respondent and the further steps would be undertaken to remove the encroachment. The learned Government Advocate submits that within three months, the steps would be initiated to remove the encroachment and the process would be completed expeditiously.
Operative part
In view of the said statement, the writ petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. (S.V.G., CJ.)
