Mr.D.Ravichander, learned Special Government Pleader, accepts notice on behalf of the respondents 1 to 4. Since no adverse Page No.2 of 6 https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis W.P.No.6243 of 2026orders are passed against the respondents 5 to 12 in this writ petition, notice to the respondents 5 to 12 is dispensed with by this Court.4. The learned Special Government Pleader has placed on record the written instructions received by him. As seen from the same, pursuant to the representation of the petitioner, dated 20.12.2024, the 4th respondent is conducting enquiry by issuing notice to the petitioner as well as the private respondents, namely the respondents 5 to 12. In view of the same, a direction can be issued to the 4th respondent to pass final orders on merits and in accordance with law on the petitioner’s representation, dated 20.12.2024, after hearing the objections of the respondents 5 to 12 and any other third party, whom the 4th respondent deems it fit to enquire, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.5. This Court is not expressing any opinion on the merits of the petitioner’s representation.

With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of.
