The petitioners in W.P.Nos.22553, 22599 and 13132 of 2018 have made a representations to the Registrar of Society / District Registrar, with regard to the illegal mismanagement and misappropriation of Rs.5 crores of amount made by the Secretary to the Nellai 5/8 https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis W.P.No.22553 of 2012Thoothukudi Nadar Mahamai Sangam and to implement the recommendation of the 3rd respondent dated 16.06.2012 and the same was not considered, hence the petitioners have come up with the present Writ Petitions before this Court. Challenging the said order dated 16.06.2012, the Secretary of the Nellai Tuticorin Nadar Magamai Paripalana Sangam, filed W.P.No.25092 of 2012 3. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners, learned Government Advocate appearing for the official respondents and perused the documents placed on record.4. It is the contention of the learned counsel for the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents 1 to 3 that during the pendency of the writ petitions, two elections were conducted and subsequently, different persons were elected, hence nothing survives for adjudication and prayed to close the petitions.5.
