It is for the first respondent to dispose of the petitioner’s application under Section 63(b) of the Tamil Nadu Hindu Religious and Charitable Endowments Act, 1959 in the manner known to law. If the claim of the petitioner cannot be sustained, then appropriate orders have to be passed. In any event, as the O.A. has been filed and is pending, the first respondent shall dispose of the same in the manner known to law.6. In view thereof, this writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the first respondent to take up O.A. No. 7 of 2024 for enquiry in the manner known to law and dispose of the same as expeditiously as possible, in any event not later than four months from the date of receipt of the web copy of this order, without waiting for the certified copy of the order.
